Data Deletion Request for the City Tour Guide App

This page provides instructions for requesting the deletion of your account and associated data for the City Tour Guide mobile application, developed by Unimodern Systems Ltd.

What Data We Store

To provide a seamless experience with your purchases, our app creates a unique, anonymous User ID for your app installation. This ID is not linked to your name, email, or other personal information. The only data associated with this ID on our servers is your purchase history (e.g., active subscriptions or unlocked tours).

How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your anonymous account and all of its associated purchase data from our servers (Firebase and RevenueCat), please send an email to our support team.

What Happens When Your Data is Deleted

Your anonymous User ID will be permanently deleted from our backend systems.
All associated purchase history and active entitlements will be removed. This means any active subscriptions or purchased content will no longer be restorable. This action cannot be undone.
Data stored locally on your device (such as downloaded tours or user preferences) is not affected by this server-side deletion. You can clear this data yourself from within the app's menu or by reinstalling the app.

Note: Since your account is anonymous, finding it can be difficult. The fastest way for us to locate and verify your account for deletion is if you can provide a screenshot of a purchase receipt from Google Play or the App Store.
